This condition is pretty self-explanatory. The item comes "as is" with no warranties, no refunds, and no returns. Read the description for details. Description: By registering with Mega Saver's or any of its associated domains or companies you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to all of the terms, conditions, rules and regulations stated below and anywhere else within this website without reserve or modification. You certify that all of the information you have provided to Mega Saver's on your registration is genuine, truthful and accurate and you undertake to update and maintain the accuracy of these registration details.

You can pay for your items online using Stripe secure payments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. All items purchased on or before Monday at 11:59 pm must be paid for within 48 hours of auction close.

If an item is not paid for by the Wednesday deadline, Mega Savers will charge the payment to the member's card on file on Thursday by 4 pm without prior notification.

All items that are to be picked up in Edmonton must be picked up within seven (7) days of auction close. All items where ship-to-store service is selected must be picked up within 30 days of arrival notification.

All items must be removed from our premises within the pick-up deadlines. Any items that have not been removed from our premises within the timeframe will be considered abandoned without notice and will be restocked for auction.

If you have won an auction item that you no longer wish to buy (buyer's remorse), we do allow members to cancel their purchase(s) by paying a restocking fee for each lot they want to be cancelled (unless stated otherwise in listing comments). This fee is 10% (minimum $15 charge) of the sale price of the item(s) being restocked, plus taxes. This fee must be received, and our staff must acknowledge its receipt before the payment deadline passes.

Mega Savers offers a 14-day warranty on items that are NOT being sold "AS IS." "AS IS" items are sold without warranty.

The item's description is nothing more than a general opinion of the item and is not intended as an official appraisal of value or functionality based totally on the visual appearance of the item. Mega Savers does not warrant that product description or other contents of our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by Mega Savers itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in its original condition. If such an instance occurs, you must contact auctions@megasaversoutlet.com within 14 days of receipt of the item in order to obtain approval for a return/exchange. We will not consider returns on items that are assembled, used or missing the packaging with which the item(s) were sold. Contact us at auctions@megasaversoutlet.com if you have issues prior to assembling. This does not include or extend to damage caused by or during the shipping process.

Malicious, false and non-paying buyers/bidders (anyone who bids or is high bidder on items but have no intention of completing the transaction) will have their privileges revoked, and registration cancelled. You must be at least 18 years old to register or use any Mega Savers Auction service. If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.

All items sold by Mega Savers are subject to tax legislation pursuant to tax laws of Alberta and other Canadian provinces. All taxable items picked up at our Edmonton warehouse will be charged GST. All taxable items that are shipped to the customer will be charged taxes according to their destination as per provincial and federal tax laws. We try our very best to accurately describe and present each item with a description and clear pictures; we cannot provide the type of information a buyer might expect from a manufacturer or retail website.
