By registering with Mega Saver's or any of its associated domains or companies you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to all of the terms, conditions, rules and regulations stated below and anywhere else within this website without reserve or modification. You certify that all of the information you have provided to Mega Saver's on your registration is genuine, truthful and accurate and you undertake to update and maintain the accuracy of these registration details.

For invoices less than $1,000 you can pay for your items online using Stripe or Intuit secure payments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Credit card on file will be charged following the auction close withour prior notification. For invoices over $1,000 payment must be made via bank wire or e-transfer. Details will be emailed with the invoice.

All items that are to be picked up in Edmonton must be picked up within fourteen (14) days of auction close. All other pickup locations: Items must be picked up within fourteen (14) days of receipt of email "Your package is in a new location" confirming it has arrived at the pickup location.

All items must be removed from our premises within the pick-up deadlines. Any items that have not been removed from our premises within the timeframe will be considered abandoned without notice and will be restocked for auction.

If you have won an auction item that you no longer wish to buy (buyer's remorse), we do allow members to cancel their purchase(s) by paying a restocking fee for each lot they want to be cancelled (unless stated otherwise in listing comments). This fee is 30% (minimum $15 charge) of the sale price of the item(s) being restocked, plus taxes. This fee must be received, and our staff must acknowledge its receipt before the payment deadline passes.

Mega Savers offers a 14-day warranty on items that are NOT being sold "AS IS." "AS IS" items are sold without warranty.

The item's description is nothing more than a general opinion of the item and is not intended as an official appraisal of value or functionality based totally on the visual appearance of the item. Mega Savers does not warrant that product description or other contents of our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by Mega Savers itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in its original condition. If such an instance occurs, you must contact customerservice@megasaversoutlet.com within 14 days of receipt of the item in order to obtain approval for a return/exchange. We will not consider returns on items that are assembled, used or missing the packaging with which the item(s) were sold. Contact us at customerservice@megasaversoutlet.com if you have issues prior to assembling. This does not include or extend to damage caused by or during the shipping process.

Malicious, false and non-paying buyers/bidders (anyone who bids or is high bidder on items but have no intention of completing the transaction) will have their privileges revoked, and registration cancelled. You must be at least 18 years old to register or use any Mega Savers Auction service. If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.

All items sold by Mega Savers are subject to the tax legislation pursuant to the province of pickup. All items will be charged GST and will be charged PST where applicable. We try our very best to accurately describe and present each item with a description and clear pictures; we cannot provide the type of information a buyer might expect from a manufacturer or retail website.

The description provided is a general overview and should not be considered thorough. Don't assume any information or functionality based solely on the brief description and pictures provided. It is the bidder' s/buyer's obligation to ensure that the item is appropriate and suitable for its intended or manufactured use. Items sold at Mega Savers are not covered by any manufacturer's warranties. It is the bidder' s/buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that item is free from faults, defects, recall, or any other hazard or revocation as provided in the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA) regardless of statements or claims that are made directly or indirectly by the seller.

These terms and conditions which govern your visit to MegaSaversAuction.com may be changed by us, along with the content of this site at any time. If any of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that term or condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.

Mega Savers reserves the right to cancel, refuse, reserve , disqualify, or delete any auction item , bid, bidder, buyer or registrant at any time with or without cause. By bidding on our items in the auction, you agree to these terms and conditions.

PAYMENT BUYERS� PREMIUM Fees on all auctions are 18% + $2.50 per lot..

As of February 01, 2024 customers have the option to pay all invoices by e-transfer. If payment is not received within 24 hours of auction close, credit card on file will be charged automatically without prior notification. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AS FOLLOWS:
Edmonton Pickup: items must be picked up within fourteen (14) days of receipt of Package Check-in Notification email.
All other pickup locations: items must be picked up within twenty-one (21) days of receipt of Package Check-in Notification email. ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP BY THE DEADLINE WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND NO REFUND GIVEN. Please take this time constraint into consideration when bidding.

We ask that all customers engage in appropriate physical distancing measures when visiting any of our pick up locations. This way we can all stay healthy, happy, and whole!

If you are purchasing a large item, please bring proper transportation and labour. If you request our assistance (and we're able to help), we are not responsible for any issues resulting from loading.

PICK UP LOCATIONS & HOURS:

Mega Savers offers free shipping to the locations listed below.

We use the EZ Tracking system to track products between locations. You will be e-mailed a tracking number.

At time of pickup, you will be required to give government ID and sign for goods received. Your signature acknowledges the receipt of the delivered goods detailed on the invoice. Furthermore, the signatory acknowledges that delivered goods underwent proper inspection and are without any undisclosed defect.
